These tables are for the novice or if you have not been tested before. If you have been tested before and you are using more than 3 grams per day do this table or your cycle will run very poorly.
Below is a table which can be helpful when the beginner tests in 5 grams per day.
This is a good table for beginners because they do not have to use very much.
After a few months use of 5 to 10 grams per day should not cause the levels to spike. When you increase the dosage the cycle would take longer to kick in.
You can always add one more tablet if you like or test in 5-10 grams per day.
As long as the cycle is not over too fast you can add in 100-200 tabs to an already heavy/vicious cycle.
At this point you should be doing 5 to 7 grams per day to get the cycle in shape.
It all depends on the type of cycle you are looking to do and whether you want to increase the dosage in order to avoid the “lowers your natural testosterone levels”.
You can test in 5 grams per day, 10 grams per day, 20 grams per day, 30 grams per day or more if you like.
There is no need to worry too much about too high or too low. In fact your cycle will not get much out of 5 grams per day in order to get the necessary dosage required.
Do not get too obsessed with the dosage but test often at varying dosages so you know what is right for you.

For most people the dose is 1cc/ml to get through the first 12 weeks for beginners and 100mg/ml to maintain a healthy physique through the next 6+ months. You should start to build an appetite as your body builds up to this dose and you should be gaining strength in your back from this higher dose.
Once you build up to the right dose of Nandrolone you can build it back into a higher dose for the next cycle. For the first 3-6 weeks after you begin you just want to make things clear and start doing your exercises like most other people.

In addition to this, testosterone may make you feel stronger or look better than nandrolone and DHEA so you should only use one type of testosterone before going on a steroid cycle but for this you should continue using them until they are no longer effective and then switch.

After a steroid cycle, your body will be in a better condition than when you started. If you choose the right kind of steroid you can easily build up to an average of 12 weeks of use, just to see your body in full strength or the power that you can generate.
If you use a stronger type of steroid – anabolic androgenic steroids, which are synthetic, you have to be patient with your cycles. If you are using a hormone called androstenedione then you can expect to feel stronger, but your body will go through a few stages along the way – the biggest of which is the build-up of androgen, which will have a strong effect on body composition, endurance, and strength.
The second stage is to take more androgens in order to achieve the kind of power that you were getting before.
The third and final step is to take all the other drugs you need with the steroids you are using, as well as some of the supplements or nutritional supplements that you can get.
