If you want to cut and harden your muscles, this is the stack you should go for:

4×8″ x 10″ x 10″ square box of steel wool
One set of rollers, with one of the edges of each roll taken off

How to Make Cut-Offs
Before getting started, you need to be familiar with the following important parts which are all very important to getting good cuts:

  • Ruler and measuring tape
  • Solder
  • Drill and wire cutters
  • A flat blade or other sharp saw
  • Culinary oil

The first, most important step for beginning the cut-off process is to make sure that you have a ruler. I can only recommend one piece of paper, as I’ve tried many different ones and have found that the 1″ paper has a great edge to it and is perfectly fine for cutting off fiberglass and acrylic. You can get the same measurement and width measurement off a ruler as you can from tape but tape is so much easier.

Once you have a ruler, begin laying it out on top of itself. Use the two side walls and the top as a guide. I put the ruler on the floor and on another piece of paper. This way I can see exactly where it is on the paper and I know that I won’t have to worry about getting to the top side by accident when cutting.

Now is also a good time to take the ruler along for the ride. While still on the floor, mark the exact measurement around the entire length of the ruler. I did this by sticking the ruler next to it with the exact number down in the center, then carefully cutting straight across the paper. Keep cutting as you get more and more precise, and then if the ruler is still too big, cut half the cut off. I started with three 10×10 x 10″ square sections.

The next step is to tape. Tape the piece of paper with an even cut. Next, tape the pieces perpendicular to one another. How to Buy Mealworms / Worms

If you just want to lose weight in the short-term, and have the desire and knowledge for it, you want to get the smaller “diet” sized “stack”. If you’re looking to gain lean mass, then you need to get the larger “diet” sized “stack”.
