Lift for 4.5 minutes and then repeat twice!

Dips for 8 minutes and repeat 8 times!

If you have the energy the time to go long rides, you can go longer and do more dips or you can go even longer on the climbs where you would normally take a rest and eat up to 15 minutes on the bike!

Dips for 10 minutes.

You will need 50g of protein to make 5g of DIPA. So if you weigh 200lbs, you would require 4.5g protein for each 100# of bodyweight.

In order for you to build the muscle we should have by completing this program, you will need to eat 1/4 lb of protein per pound of bodyweight. So you will want to eat:

200# weight of bodyweight / (1 lb. – 150#)
This is just a guideline, but you can really add or sub off, as long as no more than 1/4 lb per pound of weight is eaten.

This program can be performed on your bike for anywhere between 50 – 100 miles (depending on your fitness level) and can be completed with either a 10 week cycle or a 5 week cycle.
