Training for Muscle gain
To build strength with muscle training, it is important to concentrate on working only the muscles that need it.
When you want to maximize strength, you need to train using heavy weights and heavy sets. In this case, you will work all muscle groups at the same time. When you are training at the same time (which is what anabolic steroids give you), it means your whole body has to work at once.
