Nobody wants to gain loads of muscle only to get fat after their prohormone cycle is over, so getting to an extreme like 6% body fat a few months after a cycle is unlikely.

The science has now clearly shown that the benefits of the estrogen (androgens) cycle, which you get during this time, are greater than just adding weight or muscle to the body.
It could explain why gaining weight on a low carb diet can be beneficial, as an extremely heavy weight is far more “sticky” to the body than it is to the muscle and can result in weight gain even if you’re not losing fat.
The best way to get more lean muscle is to take it slowly and consistently, and not to suddenly throw it all on with every workout.
It works, especially with muscle gain and fat loss. So what can be done (as mentioned on the podcast)?
Do NOT lose weight on your low carb diet. It doesn’t make sense, and there are better ways to eat than that.

Avoid high carb, high fat meals and fasts.
Eat low carb in the morning and be carb positive during the day (even in the afternoon and evening when you’re hungrier).
Eat low carb at night.
Eat “carb friendly” drinks such as Gatorade, Powerade, etc.
Eat plenty of carbs in the form of lean meat, fruit, veggies and seeds (but make sure they’re not super refined carbs. The best carb foods are leafy greens, sweet potatoes and squash)
Take a protein supplement of at least 200 grams (you’ll do what you have to when you’re feeling low). You’ll see improvements in muscle development when you’re carb positive and you’ll see improvements in cardiovascular function when you’re carb negative.

If you have any health conditions, particularly those that affect the growth of breast tissue in which growth factors play a role and have been studied in animals, you’d be taking growth factors when you take PCT. Titanium Dioxide (Td) is an amino acid that gives muscle more density. It is used in the body to protect against injury, stimulate skeletal muscle growth, and to prevent damage to muscle fibers on the way from exercise. Td is an active ingredient in the PCT formula along with growth factors and growth hormones. Td increases the density of muscle tissue in animals studied, but is not recommended for growth purposes.
Caffeine is a drug found in some supplements. It causes alertness, stimulates metabolism, and has been found effective for weight reduction for those taking some weight loss supplements. The caffeine content of this formula may seem high, but as with the rest of the PCT formula, most of the caffeine is used by the body for various purposes. Because the caffeine content is high, it should not be taken for weight loss purposes. If you wish to take the caffeine pills in the PCT, you must choose the correct dose based on your weight. You do not need to take the PCT while your body is producing its own caffeine. That is why you see little caffeine in the pills and why you see more than the suggested amount in the bottle. The formula and capsules contain 20 to 35 grams of caffeine per tablet or capsule.

Steps to Start your Steroid Pct Cycle
For a well-functioning PCO, injections are the best method to start our steroid pct cycle.
You also need to inject in 2 stages: first step, you inject for 0.5 cc of steroid in 1 min, you then take 3 more times the same amount of injection to achieve your cycle in 1 hour. The second stage, you have to inject again for 2 cc in 1 min and you also take 3 more times the same amount to reach the half of cycle, the final step with 1 cc in 1 min is for a complete PCO cycle.

Here is how it should be done:
Step 1: Insert the needle in the vein in your arm or in the back of your calf, after one injection, wait 1 sec and pull the needle out.
Step 2: The injections can be done at any time until the cycle reaches its half;
If the blood levels are low, repeat all injections 2 or 3 times, if these levels are higher, wait for a period of time that the levels go down at least 50%;
Keep these injections a minimum of a few months, especially if you have a new injection, a good one, not the least injection;
After that time, take your injections at least weekly, unless you feel well, don’t feel well if your blood levels are going down, or if your blood pressure or level of anxiety go up;
Make sure your levels of both cortisol and growth hormone are low. Both of them are known to induce PCO. They increase the cortisol secretion, and decrease muscle growth. They also suppress GH secretion since the body makes too much GH when it has enough cortisol.
So, after your injections for 1-2 months, you do not need to change your method of administering injections.
If things do not go well, you can use a steroid medication called Trenbolone or an aldosterone replacement therapy, an alternative to steroids.
Step 3: You take the steroid pct cycle from Stage 1 to Stage 2 and from Stage 2 to Stage 3;
When you have your complete PCO cycle, use a new injection every 4 weeks, unless you feel well, don’t feel well if your levels are going down, or if your blood pressure goes up.

It is very important to note that during pregnancy, and especially after a major injury like a torn ACL, certain medications may be added to your cycle to increase the body’s response. What PCT Is Not:
This is just a list of medications you can use during PCT. These medications are not PCT, however, they allow you to have some success during the cycle. The use of this list is not meant to imply all PCT should be used. PCT is a complicated process, and it could mean an athlete is being harmed by their medication.

I do know of a few folks which have gained an extreme amount of muscle, yet look and feel great. And one guy who looks like he doesn’t eat and has gained a ton of size.
The answer lies in what you do in the gym and how much food you eat.
I am telling you to be mindful of what you eat in relation to your workouts and not be too obsessed with it.
We may look great, but if you’re making the assumption that with more muscle we’ll gain a large amount of size, or even gain a little of fat if you’re not doing too much cardio and sticking to your diet plan, you’re missing out completely.
The more you do, the less you gain
I know people who gain 20lb in 4 months, while others may not gain an ounce over the course of a year.
One guy I know had his training split and diet in a “dietary cycle”. I heard he was in a huge bender at the time, and while his physique may have improved, it came at the expense of his muscle strength and size.
How much is too much?
This is something that can vary by individual. There are different ways to go about it; some go straight towards gaining muscle, while others take it slowly and do other things to build it up.
You can’t be so focused on gaining muscle if you’re only concerned with the amount you’d like to gain, especially if you have multiple goals which are different from each other.
In some cases, one or two weeks of bodybuilding may add a large amount of muscle size, while the next week you’ll look at your size and bodyfat and be pretty disappointed.
As you would with bodybuilding, what works for one individual may not work for another individual.
Be mindful of what you’re doing, and what others are doing.
There are multiple ways of doing things, and they won’t necessarily work for everyone.
If you want to look better, try this for 2 or 3 weeks, then try something else to see if that helps you gain more size without being too intense, prohormone after steroid cycle.
If it doesn’t, try it again and see if it does. Once it’s been tried a few times, it’ll be hard to tell if there’s a reason for it, and eventually it might become the one thing that works for you.

1. If you don’t have a pump: Then you are more prone to adverse effects and you should avoid using your pump. You might have to take 1-2 drops twice daily.
2. If you have an issue with your hormone levels (e.g. acne, hyperthyroidism, cysts), then you might have a more problem with the dosage and you should use less. This is why I advise you to always try different products and dosages from different brands.
What is the Side Effects?
The side effects of the product can consist of vomiting and stomach ache. There might also be some skin irritation in the case of some products. For all the products there have been no side effects reported. You need to be mindful in applying, how your product should be handled when handling it.
1. Some products can make you very sick:
The product can get to be very irritating in the case of some products like Asmodic and Cyclobenzaprine. If you use this product for long or if you have a lot of products it can be dangerous to the digestive tract, prohormone after steroid cycle. However, other common side effects include muscle soreness, muscle spasm, fatigue, and swelling. As well as this PCT the athlete’s health will be monitored by an independent doctor to see to it that the athlete will take all prescribed drugs. Because that drug use is not permitted during the period of PCT this can only be done on an individual basis and is known as “sport doping”.
It is recommended that the athlete is on a corticosteroid therapy during all stages of a professional or semi-professional competition, and the athlete’s performance can be directly compared to that under normal conditions. It is important to note though that PCT is not suitable for use during the first week of a competition.
There are two PCT regimens:
Cyclical Prophylactic PCT
Cyclical Prophylactic PCT (CPT) lasts for two weeks with one week of rest.
Prohibited Use During Stage 1 of PCT
While the PCT does not directly relate to an individual’s performance during a competition, it may cause the athlete to experience the same symptoms as seen with stage of PCT regimens. The main reasons for the PCT to be used during a first stage of PCT is that they are already receiving corticosteroids for various health issues (including asthma medication, thyroid medication, and medication for asthma/allergic reactions); these medications may also cause performance issues. In some cases, the use of corticosteroids during PCT may be related to medical reasons, such as:
Phenylpropanolamine syndrome, which is a rare inherited disorder that can occur in adults
- Neuropathic pain
- An infection
- A muscle spasm
- An inflammation of the blood vessels
While not recommended, corticosteroids may be used to treat these situations. However, all of these situations must be carefully explained, the athlete must be made aware of certain side effects, and these side effects must be monitored carefully.
It’s important to mention that there are multiple health conditions that may be affected by corticosteroids, including:
