A typical stack would be to start the cycle with Dbol for two weeks, continue with Anavar for six weeks and accompany with a 10 week testosterone basecycle (TBEU). The dose of Dbol should remain high in order to induce an adaptation to the testosterone cycle. This can be achieved by increasing the dose on days 7-14 following the first cycle (or, if the cycle should run longer in either direction, it can be delayed by a week). It doesn’t seem necessary to continue the dose at the next cycle as the duration will be long enough to induce a positive response.
It is also suggested that the duration of the cycle should be prolonged in order to facilitate an effective testosterone adaptation in both men and women. This can be achieved by a duration of two or three months and, more commonly, a six weeks cycle length to accommodate the different physiological variations between men and women. With this in mind, it may be advisable to vary the dosage on the first cycle to allow for increased conversion from Dbol to DHEA. At least two months (or, if the cycle is shorter, a shorter time period) will be necessary when starting a new cycle, anavar or dbol.
Dose of the next TBEU is recommended to remain below 6mg/day. It should only be applied once again within ten days of the end of the last cycle, dbol or anavar.

Now, there are a few things to keep in mind as you go about this exercise and dieting:
Do this exercise regularly. This workout is great for you, but it’s also great for everyone else. Make sure it’s something you do regularly but are doing it just because it’s fun. If you’re new to bulking up and don’t know what it’s good for, just do one session that works every body part you want to get that extra ounce of lean muscle. This will help keep your body strong and happy. Your diet shouldn’t be too high end for bulking. Do this diet with enough protein to allow for the training/eating. If you’re not gaining muscle you’re not gaining the weight. Try to get more calories in from the food. If eating foods that you normally eat will give you more muscle, that’s best. Don’t force yourself to workout in the morning. If you go to workout in the morning and end up getting sore in the evening, make sure you can continue. If you go to workout, don’t go to sleep before or after. Go to sleep at least an hour before for your workout session. This will prevent any issues that might arise during the workout if you’re not eating enough to fuel your workout that day.

As far as my experience, both versions take about three to four months to show results. It’s worth noting that although I’m a bodybuilder, I’m not training too hard. I try to focus on getting better at my sport and not taking it too far. And I’ve already heard people saying, “Why didn’t you just choose one of the other supplements?”
The point is that, for the most part, combining the two supplements is a no-brainer. We want to see an increase in size, strength, or muscle size. I prefer the Dbol product over the AAV-C10 as these products have a lot of chemical components, and we wouldn’t want our health potentially being adversely affected by these products.
The combination has the potential to deliver massive muscle growth, and when combined with strength training, it can greatly improve muscle function. The best way to get started making these supplements is to get yourself a sample.
I’d start off with one bottle of the AAV powder and one bottle of the Dbol powder to see what sort of effect they were having. As you start testing, use them in place of the full products.
Once you’ve got these two products, make sure they’re paired with the right strength training program. Use a high-protein diet and eat some quality fat. You can use either a bodybuilding routine or a bodybuilding program without this combination.

Now, let’s get into some of it specifics.
While not as commonly mentioned in other post, there’s been a lot of discussions on this topic because when you increase the quantity of protein you are supplementing with, you will start using up and converting certain amino acids that are available in the diet. That is, if you increase your protein intake to around 1.5-1.6g/kg of bodyweight, you will get rid of most of the available amino acids in your diet. And, while some of these amino acids are valuable, they can be stored in the body quite nicely in the form of the amino acids that you would have been getting from the diet.
The downside to doing this is that you will need to supplement your protein intake with a lot more than 2.0g per kg of bodyweight to get rid of all the protein from the diet. If you’ve just been following the Dbol diet, 1.5-2.0g/kg of bodyweight or more was the average for this first set of workouts which was then followed up by more Dbol in subsequent workouts. And, if you were following Dbol for several months, you will get rid an the average of 1.2g/kg or more of your available protein.
Now, if you are only looking to replace the protein you didn’t get from the diet, you’ll be well covered. We will focus primarily on adding in Dbol into a diet, especially for athletes who are trying to lose fat.
Fat loss with Dbol and Anavar
Now, when it comes to fat loss, adding anabolic steroids into a diet that previously had minimal fat loss is not always an easy feat. If you have been following a Dbol diet for several months, things aren’t going well and you’re feeling really sore and bloated after eating more than your fair share of protein. The best way to fix that is to increase your dose (or increase the time you stick with your diet) until your body is able to use that extra dietary fat.
