Well, to cut a long story short, the effective dosage for HGH bodybuilding is at least 4 IU/day, with some people even reaching up to 9 or 10 IU/day (or a little above that), depending on their bodyfat levels. As a supplement to muscle growth, you can take anywhere from 2-3 grams per day, and you should start out slowly. For weight loss, you can also take higher doses. In my experience, the majority of my patients with my GH treatment, regardless of their bodyfat, went from a level of 20% to 15% with a dose of a couple grams of GH daily, followed by 2-3 additional grams of GH from supplements. This worked pretty well for most of the patients. The only notable problem I see is that some patients seem to make them worse by overdoing it with the supplementation. I don’t have a hard and fast rule with any of my patients, but I believe those with a lot more belly fat (or higher) need more weight loss than those with a lot less.
For those with a very high level of bodybuilding and very little/no muscle gain, my GH dosage is in the 4-6 IU/day range, depending on the level of fatness of the patient and how he or she reacts to the treatments. Again, this should be in the range of 2-3 grams per day. Of course, you can supplement with any level of GH you want (and the dosage has really been tested, I’m not trying to brag, I can’t even tell you exact doses) and I’m not even going to say this is ideal. But for people that are in the thick of their fat gain and don’t have very much muscle on the scale, this is the dosage I usually recommend.
As a supplement, this is a fantastic dose, although it might be a bit more than you need. If you find that, for whatever reason, your body becomes increasingly less responsive to the supplement, you can always increase your dose.
I want to stress that this treatment is intended for the primary and only purpose of stimulating muscular growth, and any reduction in lean body mass will likely be reversible when the treatment is discontinued. You are not going to gain a ton of muscle simply with a dose of this supplement. I want you to know that.
I have received questions or comments from a few GH users as to whether or not to try the 3 mg/day dose. I would advise against that for two reasons. The first concern is that it would be a bit too dangerous for the average bodybuilder,

How to combine Testosterone and Testosterone Hormones
Most bodybuilders who mix testosterone and Testosterone Hormones inject to the chest and back within an hour or so, the result of which is improved muscle growth, increased strength and a good shape.
There are two ways of doing this. Some do this without using any Testosterone Hormones at all, whilst others inject after a specific period of time when some of the bodybuilders are in the best shape.
With either method, the best way is to find out exactly what combination you have and then inject your bodybuilding bodybuilding mixture into your body.
Here are the different forms of Testosterone and Testosterone Hormones injected into different parts of the body.
Method #1 – Testosterone/Testosterone Mixture
A testosterone/testosterone mixture is injected into the body through a needle, usually between 5 and 10 times per week, depending on the strength of the individual.
You can inject any number of the substances into your body as long as they are effective and effective dosages are prescribed for each one.
Most bodybuilders who use a testosterone/testosterone mixture do this every week, often starting with around 2 milligrams of testosterone per kilogram of body weight, and with the amount of testosterone injected up to 3 milligrams for men and 4 milligrams for women depending on the strength and size of the individual.
As soon as an individual is able to get a comfortable and balanced injection, they can start to build muscle and have a good physique.
Method #2 – Testosterone/Testosterone Solution
Testosterone and Testosterone Solution, is an injectable testosterone solution and may be used over a period of time.
Testosterone and Testosterone Solution can be injected into parts of the body, including the thighs, buttocks, hips, back, arms, and chest.

Anavar is one of the best bodybuilding drugs for those looking to cut body fat without losing precious muscle mass. Its effectiveness depends on its body composition, how to cut bodybuilding.
The body types of Anavar are based on its primary hormone, estrogen. In our analysis, we have seen that Anavar does not produce the same positive results on body composition, muscle strength, and bone density as many other “pro-hormones”, such as testosterone. The results could be attributed to its higher androgenic profile and its slower rate of effect.
Anavar’s effect on body composition changes are more subtle with different body types. As its main hormone doesn’t play a major role in body composition changes, anabolics seem to work equally well for different body types.
Anavar has a low bioavailability and is usually taken orally once or twice daily. This makes it difficult/impossible to dose. Anavar can take 3-4 months before it’s able to cause dramatic effects. It has a modest effect on muscle strength, but it’s most effective when taken in a dose between 10-15mgs per day.
How to cut bodybuilding
Anavar’s most difficult to maintain effects include its ability to increase strength and fat loss simultaneously. In fact, due to its strong affinity for testosterone and estrogen receptors, Anavar cannot be used consistently on anabolic steroids, although the effects are possible.
To maintain Anavar’s most effective effects, it is best to take it on an empty stomach, preferably after eating. As it has a fast-acting diuretic effect, one should take Anavar in small doses on an empty stomach. If this is not an option, take a ½-hour break

Now that we’ve covered this particular HGH dosage, there are certain things you need to keep in mind that are not covered in this article. It is important to note that the effective dosage cannot just be taken once in a while. The effective dose can only be maintained as long as the daily dosage is taken consistently. This means that if it happens to be that you have an accident or simply have no appetite, the effective dose can be drastically cut before you take the next dose. If you have been taking HGH consistently for 6 months for 5 days a week, the dose needs to be reduced. Similarly, if you are taking daily doses of 300 mg or less of HGH (or if you have problems with an elevated cortisol level with HGH) a drastic cut at that dosage may be necessary.
Another thing to think about is using different doses than usual. You may be taking 300 mg of HGH per day, but you do not need to be on all day the doses for that period. You may need to use 4 mg per day, instead of 3 and 3/4 (or even 1 mg per day). As a general guidelines, it is fine to use 5 mg per day if you feel good and healthy, how to cut bodybuilding. Another factor is the way drugs are taken by bodybuilders.
“Steroids are a serious issue now for athletes and bodybuilders,” says Bortolotti. “When they are under the influence of drugs, they don’t have the time to focus on their health.
“It requires careful timing, which makes it more difficult for an athlete to get results because his body would have problems with the training and the nutrition and make them sick.”
And another element of these kinds of problems is an increase in the level of the disease’s virus.
“It is possible for a person with a high level of virus – and, on the one hand, you do not have a possibility to stop the infection – to get cancer,” says Bortolotti.”
Bortolotti is not exaggerating.
While one report states that about 200,000 people in Italy have been diagnosed with cancer, another report, this one produced by the American Cancer Society and published in the March 1998 issue of the British Medical Journal (Vol. 330, No. 5) said there were more than 50,000 new cases of colorectal cancer in Australia per year.
But Bortolotti stresses the risks involved.
“You just get cancer,” he says. “It is important not to think you are invincible. You get cancer, you feel very tired, but you keep going.
“The main thing is to get enough sleep: the sleep of life. If you have too little, that causes sleep disturbances and so on.”
In the words of Bortolotti, there is an element of danger even in the simplest of diets.
“You must eat healthy,” he says. “You must eat well, and if you do not eat well, you start to get fat. But you must be careful, too with supplements and vitamins. We say that only the basic food can guarantee health.”
A diet that keeps an athlete healthy without steroids?
“Maybe,” Bortolotti says, “but it might not help in the long term.”
But if, contrary to what some people believe, steroid injections only make you unhealthy, that would hardly be a problem for the average amateur.
“It must be a very good reason to not take steroids,” Bortolotti tells us. “I cannot believe that all men feel this way. “
