For my second SARMs cycle, I decided to do a 8 week cycle of RAD 140 (Testolone) just to see how much muscle mass I could gainfor the rest of my life in just one season of training.

I had recently been reading this book “Steroid Secrets” by Steve Ettenberg and noticed that he recommends using testosterone undecroplicate after every cycle by itself for weight gain. Well I did it and within 2- 4 weeks, I gained an average of 10 pounds over the whole course of the cycle without any other muscle building factor.

My third SARMs cycle was supposed to be a full blown 10 week cycle. However during this cycle I discovered that the testosterone supplement I had put into my body after the last cycle wasn’t strong enough anymore for that long. It kept on dropping over the 10 weeks and I had to start taking even lower amounts because it didn’t last as long.

So I added the same 2-3 mg of Testosterone undecroplicate that I had been using each week on top of the doses I had already been using. So now I was up to an average of 25 mg of Testosterone undecroplicate each week. To complete the 10 week cycle I added the 1 week training cycle with the Testotropin and Testosterone undecroplicate together. I was up to an average of 35 mg of Testosterone undecroplicate each week during the whole cycle. The SARMs cycle was going awesome, sarms rad 140. I had just a little less weight to gain, but I was losing muscle at a rapid rate (especially my delts). After a few months of using the SARMs I had gained an additional 4+ lbs.

I continued my training on this cycle until 2 months later. I had started to notice a lack in the strength I was gaining, I was slowly losing all the muscle I had gained since the last time I tried using SARMs. I was doing about 3 times more reps than I was in the first 2 months because I was just using a lot of weight that I couldn’t move and not really progressing. My lifting was going up until about the 10 week point and then the increase slowed and I began to get hurt. It wasn’t too bad because at the time I was still gaining quite a bit of muscle every single workout. It wasn’t until at about the month 13 month since I started the cycle I went up by more than 100 lbs, I lost more than 20 lbs and got injured.

The study was a double-blind study comparing the effects of low dose (40 mg/kg) and high dose (180 mg/kg) of RAD 140 at two different doses.

The study found that:

  • At low dose (40 mg/kg), the effect was significantly more potent;
  • The most significant differences were seen at the highest dose;
  • The dose of 40 mg/kg was shown to be most effective for improving muscle mass and strength;
  • At 180 mg/kg, the effect of the treatment was slightly less potent;

Overall, the results suggest that in this study, RAD 140 at 40 mg/kg was more effective in increasing muscle gains and muscle strength than the placebo condition.

Benefits

The study was a double-blind study, meaning that subjects would be given either one of the two active treatments or a placebo. They also did a “true-effect” test to see if the treatments caused any difference in muscle gains and muscle strength.

The study showed that:

Compared with the placebo condition, RAD 140 caused an immediate increase in muscle size and increased strength in lean muscle. The increase in lean muscle mass was significant in a sub-group of subjects at 10-12 days and significant after 12 days. The increase in lean muscle strength was significant in a sub-group of subjects at 10-12 days and significant after 12 days. RAD 140 was also significantly more effective at increasing muscle mass than placebo, which is why it’s one of the best weight-loss options out there. The side effects were the same, as reported below.

Exercise Description #1 – Flat Bench

This flat bench drill is perfect for building your bench press strength and for building your deadlift strength. It can also work as more than just an exercise for building lean muscle – it is more of a dynamic movement for your lower body.

To do it for one set at 80% of 1RM, make sure you’re working fast and that you have a good grip. Try to press the bar as hard as possible while still maintaining a grip on it. Keep your elbows straight and feet flat on the ground. The closer your arms go to your chest, the stronger you will be at the bottom of the lift for these exercises. Use your hands for this exercise.

Example:

#2 – Seated Lunges

These are one-arm lunges that will help you build some of those strong lunges that you’ve always wanted.

To do a set at 80% of 1RM, do 2 sets of four sets of 2-10 reps with 45-65% of your 1RM. You can also use the same movement but for two sets depending on how strong you are at the bottom of each set. A good rule of thumb is you should get about 15-20 reps on each set. A great way to get into this movement is to do all the exercises for set and then do one set of 5 reps.

For my second SARMs cycle, I decided to do a 8 week cycle of RAD 140 (Testolone) just to see how much muscle mass I could gain. I think I did 12 weeks, which would have put me at a body weight of 130 pounds or close to it, and I believe the most I would have gained in my entire life at that point would have been about 16 pounds.

When I started on Testolone I got the shakes all the time. I’ve used a lot of different things and have had pretty good results. But when you’re on it 24/7, it does take a toll in a lot of different areas. I think having a hard workout, eating well and exercising more is best. I don’t know if anybody has done long term studies on what happens to your bones after years of taking anabolic steroids. I have no idea what you would do to your bones if you had cycles of the steroids for that long.

I’m sure it’s bad news, but I think it’s much healthier than being a fat old man. I know many different bodybuilders who don’t have the energy to even put on weight. I do. That’s why I feel great. That’s why I get all the work out in the gym. I always do more because I have a desire to improve and I’ve found through experience that if I go harder I really get my heart rate going and I actually recover more because I’m so tired.

How has your body changed over the years?

It’s made a lot of changes, but the most noticeable ones I suppose are going through puberty and being more active. I’ve lost weight quite a lot since I started out with steroids though. I think I was 205 when I started going after steroids. Once they kicked in I lost a lot. As I got older I just kept dropping pounds. I’m at about 170 now, which is almost exactly the weight I was when I came out with them. I’m still lifting hard though, probably about 60-80lbs more than I used to lift!

What is your view on steroids being used as a performance enhancing drug or illegal substance?

It’s certainly not illegal. It’s never been illegal in the US, it’s just that it’s generally been outlawed for performance enhancing purposes. If it goes to the Olympics and the US Anti-Doping Agency comes up with a list of banned agents then so will steroids. I know they tested a lot of American athletes in the Olympics who have taken them. They found a whole lot of them had been taking steroids, but they say the test is not perfect.

I don’t agree with all of the negative claims you make for its effectiveness in building muscle mass on steroids, or for all of the other claims around the product. What I do agree with is the claim that the drug has a great deal of potential for increasing strength and muscle mass, and that it is one of the top-rated SARMs available. It also has a reputation of being one of the safest SARMs on the market on the side effects front. This article aims to provide you with the data that should guide you in choosing RAD 140.

1. A brief summary of what RAD 140 is for

The drug is a synthetic derivative of the drug metformin. It works very well to increase weight loss and promote the maintenance of lean body mass for the body. However, a major side effect of taking METFORMIN is that it causes the body to produce cortisol, a hormone that causes the heart to beat faster and increases the body’s energy needs. Therefore, most bodybuilders are aware that when they start taking METFORMIN, the body will start releasing cortisol at a rate that can cause some serious health issues. This isn’t to say that METFORMIN will cause severe health issues, but to say that the effect of METFORMIN is going to be dramatic. The drug is a synthetic derivative of the drug metformin, but also contains a synthetic form of nandrolone, commonly known as RAD.

The side effects of taking METFORMIN and RAD together are very similar, and you may notice similar side effects on the scale, although there isn’t a huge difference. The side effects are generally mild in nature and can be resolved through other means if they are severe enough. However it is important to realize that both METFORMIN and RAD are highly addictive and should be used with some caution. Therefore, if you feel that there is something in the product that you need to eliminate from your daily use and to start taking it in smaller doses, then that is a consideration that you should talk about with your local PROFESSIONAL trainer or athletic trainer.

In addition to the effects described above, there are a number of other important parameters to consider
