This approach guarantees a downright miserable experience of horrible food cravings, rapid muscle and strength loss, and a building fatigue and lethargy that eventually burns you outfrom day one.
Why the heck would anybody ever do this? It’s stupid.
Do it for less than a month
You’re starting to get close to your goal weight and you want to gain just a little bit more.
Why do all guys, everywhere, who’ve lost weight do this kind of thing? Don’t get me wrong — I love my friends and family — but there’s a better way.
If you can’t quit eating and eating to lose weight, then you deserve to lose weight and get rid of all the fat just a little faster. There isn’t another option.
It’s also a surefire way to lose a ton of muscle.
Why not try a calorie cycle, which consists of a diet and exercise regimen?
The problem with that approach, is it’s based on the premise that calories are the enemy. That’s silly, guys. If you don’t care about the calories you eat, you won’t lose any fat.
It’s the same with exercise. If your goal is to get fit, do the workouts you’re most physically fit at. If your goal is to lose fat, start at the bottom end of the bodyfat curve, because it’s going to take a lot of muscle to achieve a decent fitness level, then move up to the top end of your training curve. As long as your goal is to lose fat, you’ll do great with that combination of exercises.
Now, if your goal is to get lean and ripped, use a diet and exercise combination that is in line with your training goals. Here’s how to build muscle mass fast. 3 Things You Shouldn’t Do If You Want to Lose Fat Fast
Now, that’s a lot of advice, tren lethargy. That’s why I recommend everyone focus on three steps.
Step 1: Lose weight consistently
If you’re a guy who isn’t naturally lean when you’re starting out, this is your chance to work off the fat in your belly for a few weeks, get fit, and build some muscle. Now that’s what he should do.
That is why, instead of focusing on this technique all the time, I’ll go over this in two parts:
It’s simple: start losing weight slowly, and increase the frequency and amount of calories you eat. This is why I say it’s the “five minute binge method.”
You don’t have to be an all-out fast food
Running a post cycle therapy allows you to get your natural levels back on track and it also helps stave off the effects of testosterone suppression like low virility, lethargy and heightened anger.
But what happens after we give in?
What if I was to end my cycle with an amazing cycle (and I am more sure than ever of this today)? I realize my life will go back to work with a slight hangover for a few days, and I would still be unable to perform as efficiently that week. If my levels return to normal – my body doesn’t know to go back and start working again which may prevent me from returning to the “best-of-breed” I once was. And even if an amazing cycle does occur – maybe I will be too preoccupied with that period of recovery with my wife or my child to notice that I’m just as guilty as I’ve been from the second cycle to the second one: That this time I have gotten back to my original strength, speed, and energy levels.
As my mind and body are already starting to heal my old body may be stuck with all the excess testosterone or too little testosterone, and end up in a deep hole of low quality. This is especially true considering the many men who suffer from low quality men. One of the most common things men with normal and good-sized “likes” have been plagued by is low testosterone. The same men with normal and good-size “likes” are often told to start taking in blockers and blood thinners to keep testosterone levels stable. But when these blockers are added, they don’t stop it or stabilize it, they just keep it there. These are not testosterone boosters or testosterone blockers. This is not a temporary, self-balancing system. This is permanent. These men will be experiencing a massive decrease in quality. This is about the only good news that I can find today.
Many post cycle recovery programs in women seem to be focused on boosting testosterone levels before they are finished with their cycle. And men with low testosterone will experience more symptoms like mood problems, irritability, anxiety, and low libido as well as a decrease in libido or mood as measured by a women’s libido index. This of course doesn’t apply to men of course, so men experiencing this problem in women should do what worked for them in men: Get their testosterone levels back off for at least the first few days.
If all it takes is one “successful” post cycle post cycle session to turn a seemingly good period into a really bad, debilitating one for so many men who may never even come back to “normal” before, it’s easy to
Running a post cycle therapy allows you to get your natural levels back on track and it also helps stave off the effects of testosterone suppression like low virility, lethargy and heightened anger. With the proper amount of testosterone in your system by post cycles you will not only be able to function at your physical best but it will also help you to avoid erectile dysfunction and prostate cancer. This means you will be able to enjoy sex, have orgasms, be more focused, live longer and less tired for longer.
How Does Testosterone Suppression Work?
The process of testosterone suppression begins when your body begins to break down your testosterone. Once your body begins to break down your testosterone testosterone naturally decreases. During this process your heart and circulatory system becomes less sensitive to hormones that are critical to your body. You can see this in the pictures below.
During the breakdown of testosterone, your immune system stops producing antibodies to attack pathogens so your body gets rid of them. This makes your body more prone to getting infected and it also causes your blood to get heavier which is a known disease suppressor. When your immune system is inhibited, you become less able to fend off infection so the body’s reaction to a certain protein is less effective. This is a great mechanism that helps to prevent the development of several diseases including prostate, testicular cancer or any other form of cancer.
Once the testosterone breaks down your hormones are released again to work more effectively. While your testicles might not grow back for a period of time, they will resume growth after the testosterone is gone. This process is known as restoration. There have been studies that show that the hormones that we take to fight off illness can do more good than harm if your health is at risk. This is why you should be taking the right type of hormone and taking it for a long period of time before you attempt to get testosterone therapy.
Testosterone Suppression Benefits
Testosterone can help lower all sorts of health problems like:
- Low libido
- Low sex drive and energy
- Increased erectile difficulty
- Increased testosterone in your body which helps to enhance endurance
- Increases energy levels
- Increases testosterone levels in males
- Reduces blood pressure
- The Testosterone Suppression Treatment Protocol
Since testosterone suppression is not as common as it used to be you may not be comfortable making this effort to take it. Fortunately a post cycle therapy protocol can be created that is much more effective at stopping your pituitary hormones from acting like that of your old self.
The testicular hormone testosterone is the most important hormone you need to develop as a man. Its main effects are to make testosterone to your
This approach guarantees a downright miserable experience of horrible food cravings, rapid muscle and strength loss, and a building fatigue and lethargy that eventually burns you outfrom the inside out. The worst case? You can eat everything but dessert and go through the day looking like “Kiss the Girl” on the inside, lethargy tren. The best case? You might be able to eat almost all snacks and go through the day looking like you are the center of attention of a small group of well-meaning but very, very skinny people, making it hard to get up in the morning if you do not eat like a lunatic and have an extremely hard time sleeping if you eat all the snacks.
You may have noticed that none of my diets meet or exceed the Paleo diet of the famous paleo blogger and nutrition expert, Mark Sisson. (As you likely have heard by now, Mark is a man of strict limits. That means that he limits himself to eating things he personally finds to be the “fattest” foods available.)
There is one major difference between a Paleo diet and Mark’s: Mark does not believe in any kind of food supplement. If there are Paleo-food substitutes like soy sauce, coconut water, maple syrup, etc, it will be in limited quantities and not as frequently during the day. He will eat what he wants and no more. Mark even has an “Ultimate Paleo Diet” article on his website that you can go read if you’d like a good dose of the author’s philosophy, tren lethargy. The problem with that article, as you will see shortly, is in what follows. This diet will not be practical for very much longer, so you might as well stop reading now. It is not worth your time.
Mark Sisson’s Ultimate Paleo Diet
Mark Sisson’s Ultimate Paleo Diet, as his most popular article recommends, is basically a plan like the one I outline above. It will lead to very rapid weight loss and a whole range of health benefits as well.
The thing you probably want to know first, however, is that I consider this diet to be “extreme.” In other words, it does not follow the principles of what I and several other Paleo dieters actually eat at the moment.
To be fair, Mark Sisson acknowledges that “Paleo” diets “are extreme diets. We are not going to do that.” He also stresses “restraint… [because] it’s difficult without calorie counting to sustain your weight… eating less often is not the best thing for your body and it’s also not the best way to get your body feeling well.”
That said, Mark has
