Why do all guys, everywhere, who’ve lost weight do this kind of thing? Don’t get me wrong — I love my friends and family — but there’s a better way.

If you can’t quit eating and eating to lose weight, then you deserve to lose weight and get rid of all the fat just a little faster. There isn’t another option.

Why not try a calorie cycle, which consists of a diet and exercise regimen?

The problem with that approach, is it’s based on the premise that calories are the enemy. That’s silly, guys. If you don’t care about the calories you eat, you won’t lose any fat.

It’s the same with exercise. If your goal is to get fit, do the workouts you’re most physically fit at. If your goal is to lose fat, start at the bottom end of the bodyfat curve, because it’s going to take a lot of muscle to achieve a decent fitness level, then move up to the top end of your training curve. As long as your goal is to lose fat, you’ll do great with that combination of exercises.

Now, that’s a lot of advice, tren lethargy. That’s why I recommend everyone focus on three steps.

Step 1: Lose weight consistently

If you’re a guy who isn’t naturally lean when you’re starting out, this is your chance to work off the fat in your belly for a few weeks, get fit, and build some muscle. Now that’s what he should do.

That is why, instead of focusing on this technique all the time, I’ll go over this in two parts:

It’s simple: start losing weight slowly, and increase the frequency and amount of calories you eat. This is why I say it’s the “five minute binge method.”

(As you likely have heard by now, Mark is a man of strict limits. That means that he limits himself to eating things he personally finds to be the “fattest” foods available.)

There is one major difference between a Paleo diet and Mark’s: Mark does not believe in any kind of food supplement. If there are Paleo-food substitutes like soy sauce, coconut water, maple syrup, etc, it will be in limited quantities and not as frequently during the day. He will eat what he wants and no more. Mark even has an “Ultimate Paleo Diet” article on his website that you can go read if you’d like a good dose of the author’s philosophy, tren lethargy. The problem with that article, as you will see shortly, is in what follows. This diet will not be practical for very much longer, so you might as well stop reading now. It is not worth your time.

Mark Sisson’s Ultimate Paleo Diet, as his most popular article recommends, is basically a plan like the one I outline above. It will lead to very rapid weight loss and a whole range of health benefits as well.

The thing you probably want to know first, however, is that I consider this diet to be “extreme.” In other words, it does not follow the principles of what I and several other Paleo dieters actually eat at the moment.

To be fair, Mark Sisson acknowledges that “Paleo” diets “are extreme diets. We are not going to do that.” He also stresses “restraint… [because] it’s difficult without calorie counting to sustain your weight… eating less often is not the best thing for your body and it’s also not the best way to get your body feeling well.”
