You should limit your total use of Oxandrolone to 8 weeks max and should not supplement with any C17-aa steroid until again until liver enzyme values have normalizedor until your medical condition has normalized.
What happens during C17-aa?
For patients taking Oxandrolone, C17-aa begins within 48 hours from the start of treatment. Your liver enzymes will then return to baseline levels. The rate of liver cell death will increase exponentially and continue with continued use for three to six weeks, or until liver function can normalize. A typical cycle lasts approximately 6 to 9 months! Once your body is able to return to its normal state, you should return to your usual dosage!
Is Oxandrolone safe?
Not usually! Oxandrolone is extremely dangerous when used without prescription. Take Oxandrolone in low doses for no more than four weeks. It is known to cause a wide range of adverse effects and the most common of these are:
- Abnormal weight gain
- Muscle cramping or weakness
- Low blood pressure
- Headaches, tiredness or headaches
- Increased skin or soft tissue problems, especially in males
- Nausea or vomiting
- Seizures, including meningitis and tingling
Seizures and seizures can lead to life-threatening events such as coma and death. If you experience a seizure and a doctor cannot pinpoint what type, they can’t advise you on how to treat it or even if it is treatable. If you experience a seizure and the doctor cannot identify the type, they won’t help you.
In extremely rare cases, excessive or long lasting seizures might occur within one hour of treatment. This is because Oxandrolone has an extreme and unique risk of causing a long lasting seizure and if this happens, even if the doctor can determine that your seizure is very rare it can be hard to differentiate cause versus effect. You may have to stay hospitalized if your doctors determine this is the cause.
How do I know if my Oxandrolone is dangerous?
If you are new to the use of Oxandrolone and your liver has not returned to baseline levels, you should avoid Oxandrolone without treatment for at least 48 hours. Although it is important to be careful, your doctor or naturopathic homeopathic practitioner can help you stay safe by advising you on alternatives to this drug. When it does appear that the risk of death associated with using Oxandrolone has diminished, you may take some form of medication.
What if I am concerned about the safety
Pyramiding: This involves the gradual increase of dosage of steroids used until you arrive at the zenith then reduce again to zero intakes.
It’s not known what causes the increased muscle gains, the more potent drugs or the more significant improvements in muscle size.
The results of zenith dosage are usually more pronounced than a lower dose of the same drug.
When is it right to start using a new muscle supplement or how big does it have to be?
For someone that is just starting on a journey that will take them to the ultimate goal bodybuilding – it’s ideal to use an energy boost that is easy to integrate in your routine.
It can be used to support muscle growth, promote fat burn, stimulate metabolism to help get to a certain fat loss goal, and help you lose weight.
How much should I eat for muscle gain?
As mentioned, an energy boost can be used to achieve an increase in muscle gains.
As an example, say you want to gain 2 kilograms of muscle, it could be an energy boost of 500 to 1000 calories a day.
While this is a lot more than typical fat burning and muscle building meals tend to contain, it’s not enough to allow you to grow as much as you want.
Instead, you should focus on high protein, energy enhancing meals.
As such, I like to start with 500 calories, but if you’re aiming to get a lot bigger, I recommend up to 1000 calories.
What are the major causes of muscle loss?
It’s very important to understand what’s stopping the gains you’re after from happening.
If you’re looking to get bigger, you’re just not getting enough calories and nutrients in.
One of the first things you’ll want to do is increase your protein intake
Until we meet again
I’m not going to tell you how much protein you should eat, this information is provided through the National Dairy Council.
I recommend aiming for around 3% of your calories to protein intake, however, don’t go above this level.
Here’s a few tips based on experience.
The most popular way to increase protein intake is via protein powder. This is perfect to increase protein intake, as it contains the right amount of protein.
However, if you want your body to become used to consuming more protein, I’ve found a higher protein blend is best.
The only reason I recommend using protein powder in a combination with other protein is if you don’t have a supplement with added amino acids.

This is a basic guide on how to become hypoalgesic, it’s not a 100% guarantee that you’ll become hypoalgemically. It’s all about following these basic guidelines. But we can expect you to fall off in to the abyss of hypoalgesia very quickly, especially if you are under the age of 30 or over 35, until we meet again. (Some people with high levels of cortisol like to eat like crazy. They are almost always hypoalgesic, including those with high levels of cortisol (CORT or cortisol receptor blockers))
Now, you may be thinking, “Oh, you want to go the hypoalgesic route? Why can’t I just make myself healthy?”
This is not an option: the body can get rid of your brain, but it cannot repair it. There is a specific way to go through this process, but you have to get there fast.
Hypoalgesia: The Process (And Recovery From It)
Hypoalgesia is a complex process: each stage is related to the state of the body, in general the level of cortisol will increase, therefore decreasing the ability of your brain to regulate your health. It does this very slowly, over 1-3 weeks, before your body recovers from it. This is what causes many people to go to the extreme.
It’s not recommended to use steroids as the main recovery method, they can only temporarily mask the situation if you are under the age of 30, and you really want to become hypoalgesic.
If you are under 30, you should first focus on decreasing your cortisol levels while you maintain your blood pressure (but only for 3 weeks), then decreasing your dose of steroids so you get full benefit of the hypoalgesic therapy.
How long is hypoalgesia?
Hypoalgesia usually disappears by the age of 30 though occasionally it lasts up to 7 years. We have to keep in mind that people with a high degree of stress and stress hormones may have a hard time going through the process.
If you have a history of mental trauma of any kind (mental or emotional) then you could have a harder or shorter time of recovery from hypoalgesic therapy.

You should limit your total use of Oxandrolone to 8 weeks max and should not supplement with any C17-aa steroid until again until liver enzyme values have normalized. It should also be noted that it is important to monitor liver enzyme levels to see if a decrease in circulating insulin might be a sign that the disease has gone into remission. While many people with chronic alcoholism do not have liver function testing at all, if you have normal values please wait at least 8 weeks before supplementing.
When used with caution, it appears that cannabis and C17-AA are quite potent. The dose of C17-AA is much higher than that found in the traditional alcoholic and cannabis extracts (for a list and more info on CBD see here). It should go without saying that cannabis is extremely potent and can only be used with caution unless you are prepared to use it for at least 2 days. For reference, one gram of the dry weight dried flower cannabis extracts contains about 20mg/g of C17-AA and a gram of dry weight dried buds contains about 10mg/g of C17-AA which is more than a full gram. When used correctly the dosage of marijuana has a very small effect on liver enzymes. You can take up to 4 times a day and if you smoke it regularly every day it doesn’t seem to have any significant effect on liver enzymes.
Cannabis has been studied widely in the area of liver enzymes (for more info see CBD and Cannabinoids) and as of this moment is in the same category as cannabis from alcohol, cocaine and heroin.
How To Use Liver Enzyme Tests To Determine Alcohol Dependence
As mentioned above, it’s extremely important to take your liver enzyme results regularly to see if you are at risk for alcohol dependence. If you have liver enzymes that are normal, but you have developed excessive weight gain, a condition commonly called “mild ethanol syndrome” (ME), then your metabolism might be disrupted. This condition can be caused by overconsumption of alcohol which is something we are all familiar with, until we meet again. ME usually responds to a weight loss program including diet and sleep. However, ME can also be caused by alcohol and other drugs that are consumed regularly. If the liver enzymes are normal with no weight gain then it’s best that you continue to take your liver enzyme testing to be sure and your liver should be fine in the future, meet we until again. If you have weight gain with ME then it might be time to take more tests and follow a weight loss program. If you have weight loss and no new cases of ME then it might be advisable to continue to take your liver enzyme testing to be sure
